Attorney Jonas Bednarek, along with co-counsel, Steven Meyer, defended their client’s innocence against serious felony charges alleging injury and abuse of a child in her care — a “shaken baby” allegation. This was the second trial in this case, after the first trial resulted in a hung jury almost a year before. After a second week-long trial, justice prevailed, and Attorney Bednarek’s client was found not guilty of all charges. Her very long nightmare is finally over.
