Saperstein has a winning record of defending client’s against restraining orders. He has defended many clients, in several counties, who have found themselves defending against Harassment and Domestic Abuse Restraining Orders. Among them — a tavern owner whose neighbor filed a restraining order alleging excessive noise alleged threats by patrons; a client who subleased several rooms of his house to a friend who then attempted to have the client removed from his own house by filing a harassment restraining order; a client charged criminally with battery and strangulation of his girlfriend, who made the accusations after she saw him flirting with another woman; and a client accused of sexual assault (but not charged criminally) against the petitioner seeking the restraining order.
