Attorney Saperstein’s client was charged with a shooting that took place in a parking lot outside of a tavern in Beloit. Through disciplined, aggressive and thorough investigation, as well as pretrial litigation and trial preparation, Attorney Saperstein was able to show that the lead detective for the State had lost or destroyed some key exculpatory evidence.
