With a strong background in legal operations and prior paralegal work, Amber J. Ritschard serves as the dedicated Law Firm Administrator at Hurley Burish, S.C. Bringing almost 20 years of legal experience, she now ensures that the firm runs efficiently and effectively, allowing attorneys and staff to focus on providing top-tier legal services to clients.

Amber Ritschard is responsible for managing everything from human resources, accounting, marketing and strategic planning to overseeing office operations and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to optimizing processes, she is instrumental in creating a seamless and productive work environment for both clients and staff.

Outside of the office, Amber is a proud wife and mom of three active kids who keep her on her toes. Whether she’s cheering from the sidelines, helping with school projects, or coordinating schedules, she brings the same level of dedication and efficiency to her family life as she does to the firm.   When not in the office or following her children, she loves to attend Milwaukee Brewer games at home and on the road.
